Art Work:
For faster service and convenience we request the customer
to provide camera ready art work, i.e. clean line vector
art. Save the art as Adobe Illustrator, ai or encapsulated
Post Script, EPS format. If there is additional art work
needed to prepare your art for screen printing, you will
be charged at $40/ hour with ½ hour minimum. Photographs
are not appropriate artwork. If the art work is two or
more colors and you have the separations, please provide
them; otherwise, there is a fee for the color separations.
Generally we will request you to sign off on art work
that has been altered. It is your responsibility to make
sure it is accurate for spelling, dates and numbers.
Screen Set Up Charges:
Charges will vary with the products. Generally they will
range from $25 to $40 per color and location.
Screen Printing Prices:
The products will include a one color, one location screen
print where indicated. Charges vary with quantity and
number of colors. Please call or email

Production Time:
Most items are produced wit in 10-15 days upon approval
of artwork or preproduction sample. Please allow an additional
3-7 days for shipping unless you choose to pay for expedited
freight. Please let us know if you have an event date
or deadline. Allow adequate time for your order to be
developed and approved before any deadline. Production
time starts when you have approved the pre production
sample.
Shipping:
We ship via FedEx or UPS Ground or by truck freight. You
must approve any freight Rush Charge.
Payment:
We accept most company checks, money orders, cashier's
checks, Visa, Master Card or American Express. Terms are
50% down and 50% when shipped or COD. Your initial payment
is authorization to begin production.
Customer Satisfaction:
PGA International Inc. will replace any defective merchandise.
Please notify us within 5 days of the receipt of the product,
and return it to us for a replacement or refund. All returns
must be preauthorized.
All screens, disks, veloxes, negatives, color separations,
typesetting and artwork are paid services and remain the
property of PGA International Inc. unless they are provided
by the customer.
Over runs & under runs at 5%.
PGA International, Inc. reserves the right to change the
quote pending review of artwork or other changes.
